It´s About You
If you´ve made a decision to buy a new home in St. Charles County or the surrounding area, or sell your home, you already know that real estate isn´t just about mortgages and contracts.  It´s about your individual needs, desires and wants.
Buyers must determine priorities like:  two bedrooms or three?  A dining room or an office, laundry room upstairs or down, a large backyard for your children or a single level home for convenience.
Meanwhile, sellers must decide whether to replace carpet, scour the garage or plant flowers to enhance "curb appeal."  And, how does your home price compare to the prices of other homes in the neighborhood?
An Emotional Experience
Buying or selling a home is an emotional experience.  Do you need a guide with experience in helping families peel through these layers of sensitivity to identify and achieve personal goals?  One who will help you narrow your search by providing information you didn´t even know you needed?  As your real estate agent, Dallas Rollins focuses on you, your needs, your preferences, your goals and your circumstances.
Knowledgeable about Your Community
Dallas grew up on a 413 acre stock farm in Central Missouri. He is an avid outdoorsman, hunter and fisherman. In 1960, Dallas and his late wife Helen moved to the Harvester area of St. Charles County where they raised their family. For many years, Dallas raised and trained Pointer and English Setter bird dogs. In 1960, the Harvester area and most of St. Charles County was still rural farmland and Dallas quail hunted most of the area. Dallas says, "I have seen all of St. Charles County go from farms to subdivisions." It would be hard to find anyone who knows St. Charles County better than Dallas.

Dallas was a charter member of the Bogey Hills Country Club in St. Charles for several years, joining in 1963, but as his children grew the family turned to boating and camping and left Bogey Hills. However, when the children became teenagers, Dallas again joined Bogey Hills for the enjoyment and entertainment of the family. Now that the children are grown, the fairways have gotten longer, and the fields have all turned to subdivisions, Dallas spends most of his free time fishing at his second home at the Lake of The Ozarks. He and his sons also manage to get in at least one fishing trip to Lake Guerrero in Mexico, Lake Norfolk in Arkansas or other hot fishing spots each year.
